Service Environment
1. Ambient air temperature: maximum temperature 40ºC, minimum temperature -15ºC;
2. Relative humidity: the daily average is not more than 95%, the daily average water vapor pressure is not more than 2.2Kpa, the monthly average is not more than 90%, the monthly average water vapor pressure is not more than 1.8Kpa;
3. Altitude: 1000m and below;
4. Seismic intensity: not more than 8 degrees;
5. The surrounding air should be free from corrosive or flammable gas, water vapor and other obvious pollution;
6. No frequent violent vibration places;
7. When it’s used not in normal environmental conditions under GB3906, the user and the manufacturer shall negotiate.
Ordering Instructions
1.Switchgear structure (see Fig. 1).
2.Completely metal armored, assembled structure, various combination schemes.
3.The switchgear is made of imported aluminum-zinc-deposited thin steel plate, processed by machine tool, adopting advanced multi-folding technology, and connected by rivet nuts and high-strength bolts with high precision, light weight, high strength and strong generality of spare parts.
4.It can be equipped with VS1-24 series or imported VD4 series vacuum circuit breakers, which is widely applicable, highly reliable and maintenance-free for years.
5.The trolley is equipped with working and testing positions, and each position has a positioning and display device, which is safe and reliable.
6.The various types of handcart are changed according to the modular block type, ensuring that the trolleys of the same specification can be freely interchanged and the trolleys of different specifications are absolutely inaccessible.
7.Grounding switch installation method:
Installed in the center of the cabinet (front-mounted) for easy access and double-sided maintenance after the cabinet.
Installed at the back of the cabinet (rear-mounted type), it is convenient for leaning against the wall to save space area.
8.Current transformer installation method:
The cable room at the rear of the cabinet is positively installed.
Lifting at the bottom of the big curved plate.
9.Cable room can install up to 9 single-core cables.
10. Pressure relief channels in each high-voltage room to ensure personal safety.
11.Highly reliable interlocking device fully meets the safety requirements of “five precautions”.
12.The trolley is transported by a special vehicle, which is easy and flexible to operate.
13.The front and rear doors are equipped with observation windows, which are convenient for observing the working status of the components inside.
