Structure Diagram

1.The switchgear adopts a box-type fixed structure, with the cabinet body welded from thin plates and angle steel. The upper rear part of the switchgear houses the main busbar compartment, with a pressure release device installed at the top of the compartment. The upper front part is the relay compartment, and the small busbar can be connected using cables from the bottom of the compartment. The middle and lower parts of the switchgear are through-connected, with the busbar compartment maintaining electrical connection with the middle and lower parts through the GN30 rotary type isolating switch. A vacuum circuit breaker is installed in the middle part, while an earthing switch or outgoing side isolating switch is installed in the lower part. The current transformer, voltage transformer, and lightning arrester are installed at the rear, with the primary cable exiting from the lower rear part of the cabinet. The grounding busbar is laid out at the bottom of the cabinet, running through the entire row of switchgear cabinets. The isolating switch and earthing switch are operated from the front left part of the cabinet.
2.The switchgear is equipped with a corresponding mechanical interlocking device. This interlocking structure is simple, easy to operate, and provides reliable five-proof protection.
This interlock ensures that the handle can only be pulled out from the “operating” position and turned right to the “disconnected” interlock position after the circuit breaker is actually disconnected, thus preventing the load from being switched on or off by the isolating switch.
4.When both the circuit breaker and the upper and lower isolating switches are in the closed position, and the handle is in the “operating position,” the front cabinet door cannot be opened, preventing accidental entry into the live compartment.
5.When both the circuit breaker and the upper and lower isolating switches are in the closed position, the handle cannot be turned to the “maintenance” or “disconnected interlock” position,avoiding accidental disconnection of the circuit breaker.

6.When the handle is in the “disconnected interlock” position, only the upper and lower isolating switches can be operated, preventing accidental closing of the circuit breaker.If the upper and lower isolating switches are not in the open position, the earthing switch cannot be closed, and the handle cannot be turned from the “disconnected interlock” position to the “maintenance” position, preventing the grounding wire from being connected while live.

Structure Diagram

The foundation channel steel should protrude 1-3mm above the ground. The flatness within each meter should not exceed 1.5mm, and the total flatness deviation over the entire length should not exceed 5mm.
1.Place the switchgear in sequence on the foundation and adjust the installation position. Then fix it using M12 bolts or spot welding. Tighten the cabinets together using MB bolts.
2.Remove the rear cover plate to install the main busbar and primary cables. Clean the terminal contact surfaces thoroughly and apply neutral Vaseline. After installation, ensure the primary cable holes are sealed properly.
3.Connect the grounding busbar between cabinets to form a continuous unit along the direction of the switchgear arrangement. Check for any missing grounding connections and ensure the grounding circuit is continuously conductive. The grounding resistance should not exceed 10 ohms.
4.Install the secondary cables, which are introduced from the bottom front of the cabinet and routed along the side wall into the relay compartment, then connected to the terminal block. Seal the cable holes after installation.
5.Clean out any dust and debris inside the cabinet.
